The KELLENBERGER 10 is a cost- and cycle time-optimized, energy-efficient standard machine with a very good price-performance ratio that covers a wide range of parts. The machine can be retrofitted with a wide range of options, including a second external grinding wheel, a tailstock, active longitudinal positioning, gating and balancing sensors.

The machine is characterized by high availability, process safety, reliability, productivity and flexibility, as well as easy retooling. The KELLENBERGER 10 with a center height of 200 mm, center width of 1,000 mm and generous X and Z axis strokes of 365 mm and 1,150 mm covers a wide range of workpieces weighing up to 100 kg.
The automatic 1° indexing axis with high positioning accuracy, the grinding head for 2 external grinding wheels with ø 500 mm, as main and secondary wheel, and the direct-drive internal grinding spindles up to 60,000 rpm are further features. The machine can be equipped with a wide range of options, including a tailstock, active longitudinal positioning, lead-in and balancing sensors and extended dressing options.
The KELLENBERGER 10 is equipped with the cost-optimized FANUC 0i-F plus control system with 19” touchscreen and the innovative BLUE Solution software, which enables even inexperienced operators to program quickly and intuitively. Designed as a hook machine, it enables fast, efficient commissioning.
