TSCHUDIN

The brand Tschudin stands for system solutions for cylindrical grinding in production, which include automatic loading, measuring equipment and other additional operations, if required. Customer-specific turnkey solutions of various types are supplied to automotive manufacturers and their suppliers, among others, and increasingly also to other industries that produce large quantities with maximum precision.

The modular Tschudin 35 cylindrical grinding machine was developed for the numerous manufacturing requirements in the production of medium and large batches. The machine is characterized by hydrostatic guides and a wide range of applications. The T35 production machine offers synchronous machining, prism and bar grinding as well as the integration of additional operations. Automation solutions range from small integrated handling to complex systems with autonomous cells.

CONTROL AND SOFTWARE

The TSCHUDIN T35 is equipped with the latest SIEMENS SINUMERIK ONE:

  • SIEMENS SINUMERIK ONE with 24″ touch display
  • Process-optimized operation

The control system software was developed by process and sanding specialists and thus enables optimum programming of sanding and dressing processes. A particular highlight is the integration of part-specific features such as measurement technology, handling and additional processing units.
