The modular cylindrical grinding machine TSCHUDIN 35 was developed for the numerous application requirements in the production of medium and large series.

USACH ID/OD Solutions

USACH 5 axis ID/OD grinder platforms meet the needs of advanced material manufacturers. These USACH machine platforms are ideally suited for high precision grinding applications that require a high level of flexibility. USACH’s ID/OD solutions consolidate functionality, allowing them to extend the typical standard range of grinding machines and provide more complex automated processes in single setups.

USACH BOULEPRO 200AX

Currently the only machine of its kind, the BoulePro 200 enables much faster and more cost-effective conversion of boules into pucks to meet the high demand for silicon carbide (SiC), an important semiconductor material. With its SSDC (Single-Step Dual-Plane Compensation) capability, the BoulePro 200 turns a traditionally multi-step process performed on multiple machines into a single-machine process that dramatically improves efficiency and costs at each step.
