Kellenberger has developed the innovative, process-focused operating philosophy FLEX Turnkey Solution for all Tschudin series machines, using the Touch HMI control software. The FLEX Turnkey Solution is based on the latest CNC control generation, the SIEMENS SINUMERIK ONE.
The primary focus is on workpiece production—the process. Numerous features to create the workpiece with maximum optimization are integrated into the control system. The parallelization of operations enables additional time optimizations.
The touch interface supports the operator in developing the ideal process for producing the workpiece.
The new HMI layout intentionally leaves space for additional applications, such as measuring control or grinding wheel balancing. Furthermore, the HMI is explicitly tailored to the specific workpiece family.
The FLEX Turnkey Solution is optimized for complex grinding programs, keeping the process at the center. Whether cylindrical or non-cylindrical grinding for external or internal machining, it is always fine-tuned to the process of creating the workpiece.
