Getting started: precision start into the world of Kellenberger grinding

The KELLENBERGER K8* complements the Kellenberger program with a highly precise standardized machine with a good price/performance ratio. The design of the machine offers outstanding features like a heavy-duty one-piece cast iron machine bed for extraordinary stability and rigidity, and ultra-precise high-rigidity V-flat Z-axis guideways, meticulously hand-scraped and specially coated for superior friction reduction and long-lasting self-lubrication.

The KELLENBERGER K8 can optionally be equipped with a single external grinding wheel for straight and angular punch grinding or a single internal grinding spindle for flexible operations, which allows for a great number of machining tasks.

A swiveling device with automatic indexing provides multi-process machining of complex parts in a single setup. The K8 is equipped with a State-of-the-Art FANUC 0i-TF CNC control with Kellenberger user interface and 10.4″ TFT color display, plus an ergonomic handheld pendant for user friendly effortless operation.

*The KELLENBERGER K8 is distributed through its own dedicated sales organization, which also includes a service network operating to Kellenberger standards.
