Maintenance Intervalls

  • Products will experience natural wear. Wear may lead to unplanned downtime.
  • Kellenberger defines the service life and maintenance intervals of products to ensure uninterrupted operation.
  • Maintenance intervals are based on the effective operating hours of the product at a 40% duty cycle.
  • The prerequisite is that the equipment operates under normal operating conditions in accordance with the parameters defined by KELLENBERGER during product design.
  • If the operating conditions are harsher than assumed, the equipment may fail prematurely.
  • Please adjust the maintenance intervals according to the operating conditions.
