Aujourd\u2019hui encore, l\u2019entreprise concentre essentiellement ses activit\u00e9s sur le d\u00e9veloppement et la fabrication de syst\u00e8mes d\u2019injection pour moteurs de grande puissance utilisant des carburants liquides et gazeux. Ces moteurs sont employ\u00e9s dans le monde entier dans des domaines d\u2019application et des plages de puissance tr\u00e8s vari\u00e9s, notamment dans la navigation maritime, la production d\u2019\u00e9nergie et les locomotives.<\/p>\n<p>Les comp\u00e9tences cl\u00e9s de l\u2019entreprise en mati\u00e8re d\u2019usinage tendre, de traitement thermique et d\u2019usinage dur lui permettent d\u2019atteindre un taux d\u2019int\u00e9gration de fabrication de 95 %. Elles contribuent \u00e9galement \u00e0 une activit\u00e9 performante de sous-traitance industrielle, qui fait partie int\u00e9grante du concept de production de DUAP. La production est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e exclusivement sur<\/p>\n<p>le site de Herzogenbuchsee, o\u00f9 travaillent plus de 90 des 140 collaborateurs de l\u2019entreprise. Son r\u00e9seau commercial, quant \u00e0 lui, est r\u00e9solument tourn\u00e9 vers l\u2019international.<\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9veloppement continu de la technologie d\u2019injection chez DUAP contribue de mani\u00e8re significative au respect de r\u00e9glementations environnementales toujours plus strictes, tout en am\u00e9liorant la rentabilit\u00e9 et la dur\u00e9e de vie des moteurs \u00e0 combustion de grande puissance.<br \/>\n\u00ab\u202fNos nouveaux d\u00e9veloppements se concentrent sur des syst\u00e8mes d\u2019injection destin\u00e9s \u00e0 des carburants alternatifs tels que le m\u00e9thanol, l\u2019ammoniac, l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne ainsi que sur des applications bi-carburation (Dual Fuel). M\u00eame de l\u00e9gers d\u00e9fauts de forme ou de surface peuvent avoir une incidence n\u00e9gative sur l\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9, la pression d\u2019injection, la qualit\u00e9 de pulv\u00e9risation et, par cons\u00e9quent, sur la consommation de carburant ainsi que sur les \u00e9missions.<\/p>\n<p>Pour ce type d\u2019usinage, seules des rectifieuses CNC de haute pr\u00e9cision \u00e9quip\u00e9es d\u2019une compensation active de la temp\u00e9rature, de syst\u00e8mes de mesure de position \u00e0 haute r\u00e9solution,<\/p>\n<p>d\u2019un dressage automatique et d\u2019une technologie de mesure int\u00e9gr\u00e9e peuvent garantir une production en s\u00e9rie \u00e9conomique au plus haut niveau de qualit\u00e9. Une rigidit\u00e9 et une dynamique maximales, des guidages ultra-pr\u00e9cis, des axes sans jeu ainsi qu\u2019une excellente stabilit\u00e9 thermique sont des conditions indispensables pour usiner de tr\u00e8s petits diam\u00e8tres avec une qualit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e et parfaitement reproductible.<\/p>\n<p>Afin de relever les nombreux d\u00e9fis associ\u00e9s aux op\u00e9rations de rectification, les responsables de DUAP ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9, en 2025, d\u2019investir dans une rectifieuse cylindrique KELLENBERGER VM1000. La diversit\u00e9 des pi\u00e8ces usin\u00e9es va en effet de tr\u00e8s petits composants destin\u00e9s aux syst\u00e8mes d\u2019injection de moteurs jusqu\u2019aux bagues de roulements \u00e0 billes, aux \u00e9l\u00e9ments de transmission, aux composants hydrauliques ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 des pi\u00e8ces complexes destin\u00e9es \u00e0 la construction de machines-outils.<\/p>\n<p>La VM1000 est \u00e9quip\u00e9e de guidages hydrostatiques sur l\u2019ensemble de ses axes. Ces axes lin\u00e9aires hautement dynamiques, dot\u00e9s des guidages KELLENBERGER HYDROLIN\u00ae d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s en interne, sont exempts de jeu et permettent d\u2019atteindre des pr\u00e9cisions de positionnement de l\u2019ordre du nanom\u00e8tre. Ceux-ci assurent \u00e9galement tous les mouvements n\u00e9cessaires des syst\u00e8mes de dressage et de mesure.<\/p>\n<p>La tourelle porte-broches mont\u00e9e sur l\u2019axe B1 est \u00e9quip\u00e9e d\u2019une t\u00eate de rectification particuli\u00e8rement compacte et unique en son genre, offrant une configuration flexible pouvant accueillir jusqu\u2019\u00e0 quatre broches de rectification. La mesure pr\u00e9cise d\u2019al\u00e9sages de seulement quelques millim\u00e8tres de diam\u00e8tre impose en effet des exigences particuli\u00e8rement \u00e9lev\u00e9es aux syst\u00e8mes de mesure en cours de processus ou de contr\u00f4le final. Comme une mesure en cours de rectification n\u2019est pas possible pour des diam\u00e8tres int\u00e9rieurs tr\u00e8s r\u00e9duits, il a fallu trouver une solution alternative.<\/p>\n<p>Kellenberger ne s\u2019est pas limit\u00e9 \u00e0 optimiser le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de rectification int\u00e9rieure, mais a \u00e9galement perfectionn\u00e9 l\u2019ensemble du processus gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9gration d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de mesure par mandrin pneumatique. Cette technologie est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme la m\u00e9thode de mesure la plus pr\u00e9cise et la plus \u00e9conomique pour les al\u00e9sages int\u00e9rieurs.
